Dr. Panarat Cherntanomwong is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in engineering, technology, and global academic and industrial collaborations. She received her B.Eng. in Telecommunication Engineering and M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), Thailand, in 1998 and 2000, respectively. She earned her D.Eng. in International Development Engineering, specializing in Information and Communication Technology, from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan, in 2008. Dr. Panarat is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering, School of Engineering, KMITL, and serves as the Associate Dean of Global Partnerships at CMKL University. She plays a vital role in fostering collaborations between academia, industry, and global institutions, ensuring that CMKL University benefits from strategic partnerships, research opportunities, and innovative educational programs.
