CMKL University provides IT infrastructure, services, and facilities to all stakeholders—including students, faculty, and staff—based on three core operational areas: Education, Research & Development, and Back Office.
1. Education Services are provided to all faculty members and students to support classroom activities, lectures, labs, and group discussions. These services ensure that users have sufficient resources for developing competencies, completing assignments or assessments, and conducting research and development projects.
2. Research and Development Services complement education services by supporting faculty and student projects that require specialized resources and subscriptions. This category includes development tools such as Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), source version control systems, servers, and communication platforms.
3. Back Office Services consist of administrative tools and resources designed to support faculty and administrative staff in managing university operations. Examples include accounting systems, information databases, and identity management solutions.
These three service groups operate on the IT infrastructure and are supported by additional facilities. If you encounter any issues or difficulties using our IT infrastructure, services, and facilities, please feel free to contact our IT Helpdesk team at help@cmkl.ac.th or submit a ticket through our form here.
