The Transcripts and Document Request service supports current students and alumni in obtaining official academic records issued by CMKL University. These documents are commonly required for further education, job applications, visa processing, or personal record-keeping. We are committed to ensuring that requests are handled efficiently, securely, and in accordance with university policies.

Unofficial Transcripts

Enrolled students can access and download free of charge of their unofficial transcripts at any time through the Omega platform. These versions are for personal use and internal reference, and are not typically accepted by external institutions or organizations.

Official Documents

Students and alumni may request a range of official documents, including:

  • Official Transcripts
  • Certificate of Student Status (Thai or English)
  • Enrollment Verification
  • Enrollment History
  • A package of tuition reimbursemest for guardian usage
  • Academic Verification Letters
  • Graduation Verification Letter
  • All But Dissertation Verification
  • Copy of degree certificate replacement (if applicable)
  • Other verification document(s)

Processing Time | Delivery | Fees

  • Processing Time: 1–5 business days from the date of request submission.
  • Delivery Options:
    • Digital copies via secure email (PDF format)
    • Physical copies available for pickup or mailing (domestic and international)
  • Important:
    • Please make sure all required fields in the form are completed accurately to avoid any processing delays. If you request physical copies, kindly allow extra time for delivery, particularly for international addresses.
    • The university is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during shipping by the courier provider.
    • For urgent cases, please contact the Registrar’s Office directly to inquire about expedited options.
  • Fees
    • Digital documents are generally free of charge.
    • Paper copies and official sealed documents may incur fees, especially if shipping is required. Fee details will be provided within the request form or upon confirmation.

Step-by-Step: How to Request Official Documents

  • Step 1: Identify the Document You Need
    Decide whether you need an official transcript, certificate of student status, proof of enrollment, or other academic documentation.
  • Step 2: Submit the Online Request Form
    Complete the Document Request Form with all necessary information. Requests must be submitted by the student or alumnus directly. Third-party requests require written authorization. The request form includes:
    • Student information
    • Type of document requested
    • Purpose of request
    • Delivery preference (digital or physical)
    • QR Payment upload
  • Step 3: Wait for Processing
    Standard processing time is 1–5 business days. You will be notified via email once your document is ready or if further information is required.
  • Step 4: Receive Your Documents
    • Digital Copy: Sent via registered email in PDF format.
    • Physical Copy: Available for pickup or mailed to the address provided (shipping times may vary).
  • Step 5 (If Applicable): Pay Any Required Fees
    Digital documents are typically free. However, fees may apply for paper documents, international shipping, or urgent processing. Details will be provided upon confirmation.
