Usage of CMKL Logo for Student-led Activities

CMKL University supports student-led initiatives and encourages students to promote their activities professionally. However, the university logo is a key part of our identity and must be used with care and consistency. To maintain brand integrity, all uses of the CMKL logo by student clubs or individuals must be approved by the PR Unit before publication.

When Is Approval Required?

Any time a CMKL logo is used for:

• Event posters, banners, or flyers
• Digital promotions or social media posts
• Merchandise or giveaways
• Any promotional material related to student activities

Important: Approval is required before any materials are released or published. Unauthorized use may result in the removal of materials and restrictions on future requests.

How to Request Logo Usage Approval

• ‍Step 1: Prepare Your Request
  Gather the following information:
  • Event or activity name
  • Purpose of the event and how the logo will be used
  • Drafts or samples of the materials (if available)
• Step 2: Submit Your Request
  Email your request to cube@cmkl.ac.th with the subject: “Request for CMKL Logo Usage – Event [Your Event’s Name]”

• ‍Step 3: Await Response
  The PR Unit will review your request and respond with either approval or suggestions for revision.

• ‍Step 4: Follow Branding Guidelines
  Once approved, all materials must be used exactly as approved—without any changes or alterations. Misuse or modifications of the logo are not permitted.
