Student Records, Emergency Contacts & Health Information

At CMKL University, we are committed to supporting your academic success, health, and safety. Keeping your personal, academic, and emergency information up to date helps us ensure the best care and communication when it matters most.

Student Records

Your student record contains important personal information that the university uses for communication, administrative processes, and student support. This includes:

  • Name
  • Current address
  • Phone number and email
  • National ID or passport details
  • Guardian or parent contact information
  • Emergency contact details

Students are required to keep this information accurate and up to date throughout their studies. Updates can be made at any time via the Omega Portal. The university may request confirmation or updates of this information periodically for legal, academic, or operational reasons.

Emergency Contact

All students are required to provide at least one emergency contact upon enrollment in a degree program. This person—usually a parent, guardian, or close relative—should be informed that they have been listed and may be contacted in case of urgent medical or personal emergencies.

Emergency contact information must be kept up to date and can be reviewed or updated at any time via the Omega Portal. This information is used strictly for emergency purposes.

Health Records

Your health and well-being are a top priority. We ask all students to provide essential health information, including:

  • Allergies or chronic conditions
  • Medical history and current treatments
  • Emergency medical instructions, if any

This information allows us to respond effectively during emergencies and coordinate with healthcare providers when necessary. All health records are kept confidential.

Health records also help us:

  • Meet immunization and health regulation requirements
  • Plan personalized care in case of health concerns
  • Support student wellness and safety initiatives
